How does billing work?
Pro is billed via Stripe inside the web app. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Card details are handled by Stripe, not us.
Do I have to pay to use HGV Time Pilot?
No. Free covers the live cab timer, USB card download on Android, drive-status overview, and a 14-day compliance preview — plus 14 days of full Pro after your first card download. Pro adds day-by-day review, PDF reports, walkaround checks, vehicle compliance tracking, and unlimited AI.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes. Payment processing runs through Stripe. We don't store your card number — only the metadata Stripe returns so we can show your subscription status.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation is one click in the web app and takes effect at the end of your current period. Your account remains on Free, ready to upgrade again whenever you want.

- HGV Time Pilot does not replace the digital tachograph, driver card, or required cab entries.
- In-app alerts are hints; authoritative compliance follows server-side card processing on the web.
- Time Pilot AI is a helper — not a substitute for legal advice or your transport manager.
