Delete your HGV Time Pilot account
Option 1 — Delete from the web app
- 1Sign in at https://v3.hgvtimepilot.com with the same email and password you use on the Android app.
- 2Open Settings → Account and select Delete account.
- 3Confirm. Your account and the personal data tied to it are scheduled for deletion immediately.
Tip: cancel any active subscription before you delete the account so it doesn't renew during the deletion window.
Option 2 — Email us to delete your account
If you can't sign in, email us from the address registered to your account so we can verify the request:

Subject: Account deletion request
Body: confirm your account email and that you want the account deleted. We'll reply to confirm and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted, what we keep, and how long it takes
Deleted from production
- Your account profile (name, email, login credentials).
- Driver-card uploads (.DDD / .V1B / .ESM / .TGD) tied to your account.
- Shift timer history, walkaround records, and AI conversation history.
- Linked Android device tokens used to sync your account.
Production deletion happens within 30 days of your request.
Retained for limited periods
- Encrypted backups for up to 90 days, then automatically purged. Backups exist for disaster recovery only.
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be tied back to you (these don't identify a person).
- Records we're legally required to keep — for example Stripe-issued invoice metadata for tax and accounting purposes (typically 6 years in the UK).
Subscriptions and billing
Cancelling or deleting your account does not by itself stop any active third-party subscription. If you subscribe via Stripe in the web app, cancel the subscription from Settings → Billing before deletion. Refund requests can be sent to support@hgvtimepilot.com.
